Creative Cloud unresponsive

Hi

This is the image I got this morning in Creative Cloud

as well as that I was getting a pop up every few seconds about Administrative rights being required. I did what was suggested in the Forum changing permissions to read and write then restarted InDesign. Pop ups still coming and I still can't get into my desktop Creative Cloud. Any ideas?
