For this type of interaction you'd be better off building your own custom question slides using Click Boxes to create hit areas like a Hot Spot slide and Text Entry Boxes to create fields like a fill in the blanks quiz slide. Of course these would NOT then behave as normal quiz questions for things like Review Mode and SCORM etc, but you would then be able to score each individual hit area or field anyway you want.
