asked to sign End User Agreement, but where?

I'm starting to get asked by certain sites (e.g. store card statements) that issue data as pdfs to relaunch Adobe Reader, sign the End User Agreement, close then relaunch in order to access pdf documents.  This is something new to me.  I follow the instructions but cannot find anywhere to sign an "End User Agreement".  Any ideas where I can find this?  I'm using Adobe Reader version 11.0.07 on a Mac.  Thanks for any advice, help.
