Problem in the menu bar in the program and also in Mouse cc 2014 buttons

Problem in the menu bar in the program and also in Moss buttons still have to install the program several times but the same problem I have tried to look for a solution but to no avail you can 't you help me??? Some of the pictures explain the problem
