Looking at the image it looks like there has been some binary mismatches in the illustrator install folder. Either dvaui.dll present is of different version then the one it was suppose to run with or there is some other plugin compiled with different version of dvaui.dll put in this version of illustrator.
Can you please post the version info screen of illustrator.exe and dvaui.dll.
Right click and select properties and go to version details and take screen grab for both the files.
If we find out that there is a mismatch then it would be the best to uninstall, clean and reinstall.
