Hi Folks
I'm running Premiere CC on a 3 year old iMac.
What is particularly troublesome is unncecessary "errors" that come up when I'm trying to re-link media files that CC can't find when the project first boots up.
It seems to almost always happen with AVCHD (MTS files) from a Sony Camcorder.
It's either that I plug in the USB drives after the project initializes or I've re-named a folder.
Anyway, I navigate to the actual location thru the dialogue boxes and find the exact file, then CC gives me the error message, "File format not supported" and refuses to re-link to it.
Well *uh* ... of course the MTS file IS SUPPORTED, because I orginally imported it into the project no problem. Now, all of a sudden when I need to re-link to it, it's Un-supported. I have to nuke the project startup and re-start the project, or re-import the file.
any comments or solutions to this annoying software glitch?
thanks
Gary
