I am having the same problem, but with my MBP. I reinstalled CS4 due to instability issues and now that I seem to have it working again it will not accept my serial number. Each time I open one of the programs it prompts me to enter the serial number and then indicates that it is invalid. My serial number is ethically/legally obtained and worked on previous installs. The software is not installed on any other computer. Can you suggest a next step for me?
