The most important thing I see is that your video card does not have the required minimum VRAM of 512 MB to run 3D features. There's no software workaround for this - youneed to consider getting a better replacement video card in order to use the 3D features.

If you buy a new video card you will likely get a fairly current video driver with it. Even so, you should take the opportunity after the new hardware is installed to check the web site of the maker of the card for their latest driver.
Beyond the above.
You have not updated your Photoshop to the latest version (which would be 14.2.1 for Photoshop CC, or 2014.0 for Photoshop CC 2014). Once you get a new video card you should consider updating Photoshop CC to the latest version.
