A common keyboard shortcut is not working. When I want to resize an image and keep the dimensions as I resize the image box up or down, I usually click one of the image box corners, hold down shift + command, and the dimensions of the box, along with the image inside resize in the same dimension. How can I fix this problem? Resetting the preferences folders did not work.
