Thanks for your answer, the crash report could have been in mandarin to how little I understood of it
I am struggling to update the driver on Intel's website as the Intel Driver Update Utility is saying the following:
"A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer. "
Could you confirm for me that the laptop has the sufficient specs to run the software so I can rule that out as a cause of the problem, I am sure you would have said if that was the case but if you can I would appreciate it. In the light of above should I be trying to resolve this with Acer or Intel? I have contacted Acer about this but in your opinion do you still think Intel holds the solution?
