Re: Creative Cloud app gets stuck on spinning wheel

Well I got the same problem and managed to solve it by reading your log file.

It says "Bad access token" or something like this. So in a way, ACC tried to match a token via an other connection to the service. Since they are refreshed, they will not be valid... Since they are registred in the OOBE folder and they are not valid, first thing to do is to remove everything inside after closing ACC.

Just after that, just disconnect from the Creative Cloud WEBSITE (since they already have a connection somewhere, they cannot revalidate some token or something like this.).

Relaunch Adobe CC and then, it will ask you to log in (since you're not logged anywhere ...). Then it should work.
