Hi Franck Payen,

Could you provide the following logs, so that we can debug this issue?

CoreSync log:

/Users/***/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/CoreSync-*.log

ExchangePlugin log:

/Users/***/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Extension Manager CC/Log/ExManSync.log

ExMan Core Lib log:

/Users/***/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Extension Manager CC/Log/ExManCoreLibrary.log

Entitlement file:

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Extension Manager CC/Configuration/Entitlement/*

ExMan Core Lib DB

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Extension Manager CC/Configuration/DB/ExMan.db

Note:

  1. To enable ExchangePlugin and Core Lib debug log, you need to create a file named “ExManCoreLibLog.YES” under “/Users/***/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Extension Manager CC/Log/” and restart CC desktop app.

Thanks,

Huiyong
