Re: Have been paying for a creative cloud membership, but after sign in my profile says that I'm a "free" member. Not ok adobe, need someone to contact me to discuss this issue.

Sorry to hear that, maybe its something mixed up in their system that's causing this for multiple people. 

 

I do have credit statements that show they have been billed me x amount on x date and it's no longer pending, so payment shouldn't be an issue re: my account.
