I'm forwarding my explanation to the originator, which has two screen
dumps attached. She later confirmed that she is using Acrobat XI to
create the files. I shall be very surprised if Acrobat now only exports
unsearchable files. I have received some "normal" PDF files from her so
my guess is that she is not using the correct method.
I have Document Viewer 3.4.0 and Master PDF Editor 1.9.20.
I'm away for a few days and cannot check or add to the discussion for a
while.
