Serial number conflict

I purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro product and installed it from AcrobatPro_11_Web_WWMUI.exe into HP PC with Windows 8.1 operating system.

When I start the program it tells that "Checking the serial number ..."

After some seconds it displays the message "The serial number given is active but there is no such product in your computer".

 

I checked my Adobe account my purchase history and reloaded the installation exe therefrom and reinstalled the product.

The result was identical as above.

What have I done wrong ?
