this is not answering my question and here I am a month down the line with cash in my hand trying to pay Adobe!
When I enter the payment page and enter my details, the country I live in is already auto-filled as being "UNITED KINGDOM" this is not where I live and the field is locked unchangeable, so I enter all of the correct details of my Spanish address and it will not accept my post code as it is not a UK post code.
At no point have I ever said I live in the UK, my Adobe ID is new and when I created it I entered my correct details, this is driving me insane.
WTF is going on here Adobe? you can invent "content aware" but I cannot change the country I live in to the correct one, Spain, so that I can pay you a monthly subscription.
