I'm having the same problem. Chatted with a tech a few days ago and they seemed to think that it's because my Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB graphics card isn't supported anymore by the latest Photoshop CC 2014. Have no idea if this is the issue, but I'm in the same boat as you.
