Let's look at the "ES2". That will be LiveCycle Designer ES2. Designer was free with Acrobat X, but not any more. If you install Acrobat XI, not only is it not included, it is uninstalled. Better surely to make forms in Acrobat. Do you need the services of FormsCentral specifically?
