If you’ve signed up for CC (or maybe a trial of CC) is Edge Animate in the apps list of the CC Desktop application—the lazy-8 symbol?
I have a paid Photographer’s Bundle (Photoshop-CC + Lightroom) version of Creative Cloud and Edge Animate is available. I don’t know what happens if you haven’t actually paid, although I’d think you could at least trial the Creative Cloud ($50/month for all apps version) and Edge Animate would be part of that.
