Because 'Bluebeam' is not an Adobe product, I do not know if it supports dynamic XFA forms.
If you have Adobe Acrobat Pro or Standard or the desktop version of Adobe Reader on a Windows or Mac computer, you can open and fill out static and dynamic XFA forms.
Please note that Adobe Acrobat Pro and Standard are available only for desktop computers (not for mobile devices like iPad, iPhone, or Android tablets/phones).
