Try loading the original footage into the Adobe Media Encoder and then pick a lossless or production codec to render a DI (digital intermediate) QuickTime Jpeg with quality set to high works well.
This doesn't help you much now but may help in the future. When I do production with my iPhone or iPad, and yes I use them in productions all the time, I use Filmic Pro and set the data rate to the highest and lock the frame rate. FiLMiC Pro on the App Store on iTunes
I've never had a problem with footage from that app. I have not really had a problem with regular footage either, but I have not used straight footage from the iPhone Camera app very often.
