IMPOSSIBLE... Cloud programs are subscription only, and the CC2014 is a FREE upgrade within a Cloud subscription
If that person bought what he thinks is an "outright" purchase, and it did not come from Adobe (which, as I said, is impossible) he bought from a pirate
