- Don't use EPS. Use PSD, AI, PDF and PDP instead.
- I would not use duotones, I would use RGB or CMYK with spot channels and empty process channels.
- Don't use the booklet functionality in InDesign, it is errative. Imposig is the job for the printer and if you need to print an example, use the booklet function in Acrobat/Reader’s print dialog.
- Don't use the Distiller as it uses postscript and postscript has to be avoided.
- Using EPS and Distiller will bypass InDesign’s ink manager
