We have a problem with our PDFs in that Acrobat says that our PDFs are trapped (under Properties). When we try and upload the PDFs to the InSite system that our printers use it rejects the PDFs unless we go into Properties in Acrobat and change them all from Trapped: Yes to Trapped: No. At the minute we are having to do this to each individual file and it takes ages! Does anyone know of a way that we could possibly batch process this? I have looked around but can't find any way of doing it.
