Had a 45 minutes telephone support call with some from the support department. It was hard to understand what the lady was saying (she sounds as she had a bad cold). This phone call didn't solve the problem. Did is what we did:
- modify the hosts file (/private/etc/hosts). This file may only contains

# localhost is used to configure the loopback interface
# when the system is booting. Do not change this entry.

- close and boot the computer
- when not working: completely delette CS6
- close and boot again
- install s/w again
As said: this didn't work for me. After 45 minutes I downloaded and installed the s/w on my own, because it took too long. The lady urged me to call back if it was not successful. But I was not motivated to call in again to talk to a bad understandable support. I finally delete all the software and installed the Cloud version for photographers.
