You may simply scale it up.
In this case, I believe the most obvious way would be to use the Transform palette with the appropriate Reference Point chosen (to the left), by inserting /0.75 in the W or H field and then pressing Ctrl/Cmd+Enter to keep proportions.
Depending on the desired Stroke Weight/effects, you may have Scale Strokes & Effects unticked or ticked in the flyout while you do it, for unchanged/scaled.
