Good to hear you got it running well. Its a good time to backup your user ID roaming Photoshop versions setting. What I do is just Windows File Explorer highlight a folder like:
"C:\Users\Your User ID\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014" in the right hand panel right clock and click copy then a move the mouse cursor off all files and folders and right click and choose copy.
Folder "C:\Users\Your User ID\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 - Copy" I will be created and I'll change the "- Copy" to something like backup.
When I have problems with Photoshop I use these backups folders to see if I can get Photoshop working again. I'll rename:
"C:\Users\Your User ID\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014" to "C:\Users\Your User ID\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 questionable" and then copy
"C:\Users\Your User ID\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 backup" and rename that new copy to
"C:\Users\Your User ID\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014" To see if my old good setting still work.
