Are there any other options available to me? I still am not able to get AI to run on my desktop due to compatibility issues. I ran the Troubleshoot Compatibility option which recommends Windows XP Service Pack 2. That did not work. I then disabled the UxSms as Sanket suggested, and still, that "Wrong OS or OS version for Application" message is displaying. Any other thoughts?
