I could not get Photoshop to open long enough to go to the Help>System Info section. The message comes up immediately blocking any activity other than replying to the message - which then shuts down Photoshop. I do not know how to capture a Windows Reliability History Report for the PS CC 2014 failures.
I did download the latest drivers from Dell and Intel. Intel's were more current and installed without problems noted on any other Photoshop application (i.e. Photoshop CC.)
But still no luck in opening PS CC 2014.
