Bleed Pixel's Color

Hi, I have a video that as some garbage in the grasse but is far away, does there is any way to bleed the garbage pixels (white pixel) with the surrounding pixel (Green pixels) so it would give a more clean look? I tried change color effects but without sucess. And what is the best way to create a mask? Mocha? Thanks.
